chore(config): 更新应用标题并添加嵌入模型默认值
- 将 VITE_APP_TITLE 从 'MaxKB' 更改为 'Ai-RAG'
- 为嵌入模型路径和名称添加默认值配置
- 注释掉关于图标的代码以禁用相关功能
